What a charming house in a safe neighborhood. Located right next to a bus stop for easy transportation. We loved the house and the location. Sam was great about sending instructions in advance and responding to any questions. 5 star rating across the board!

Sam was an incredible host. Incredibly responsive and his care for our stay was great. He even made sure we had extra propane so that we could grill our dinners. Would love to visit again in the future!

Beautiful 1912 Craftsman home … very comfortable and had a lot of amenities, including washer and dryer. There is also a well kept backyard with outdoor space to enjoy. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen had multiple amenities, including an espresso maker.
Sam was very helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries or requests. Would definitely recommend.

Sam’s place is super spacious and feels like you’re right at home. Wifi is super fast for anyone needing to work. Neighborhood is cozy and lots of great little places a walk or short drive. Would recommend for anyone needing four bedrooms.

This was a perfect house for our family to spend the week. We were in town for my father-in-laws memorial and this felt like home for us. Sam was a wonderful host and we would definitely stay here again.

Such a nice place! I book Air BnBs so we can park our trailer, but this is the best kitchen (really nice cookware and appliances), laundry, and living room amenities we've seen in a while. My guys enjoyed the fire pit and I even got a bed - normally I end up on the couch when we travel for work. 10/10 recommend!

We really loved Sam's place. Not only was he so helpful, responsive and kind, but the place was just what we needed for our family. He went above and beyond on two occasions to help make things happen in some unique circumstances.
The home was charming and spacious with two very large showers. There is laundry upstairs and downstairs which is nice for a large group. The backyard is so lovely and would be even nicer as the weather warms up. The beds were comfy and the upstairs suite had gorgeous light. The kitchen was well-appointed.
The neighborhood was nice to walk in and there was a nearby park for the little ones.
It was well-worth the price and fits a big crew! We plan to stay again as the need arises.

I have nothing but good things to say about the host Sam and his home. Everything was just as it was listed on the site. The beds were all very comfortable, easy access to plug in cell phones near the beds. Perfect amenities for our toddler as well, the crib was a major win. Everything was very clean and tidy and loved everything about the home. Felt so cute and cozy. Sam was extremely accommodating to our needs and we were able to have an early check in which we really appreciate. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I go back to Seattle I would 200% stay here again.
