What a charming house in a safe neighborhood. Located right next to a bus stop for easy transportation. We loved the house and the location. Sam was great about sending instructions in advance and responding to any questions. 5 star rating across the board!

Sam’s place is super spacious and feels like you’re right at home. Wifi is super fast for anyone needing to work. Neighborhood is cozy and lots of great little places a walk or short drive. Would recommend for anyone needing four bedrooms.

Sam was a very responsive host that really cared about our comfort. this is the 2nd time I've stayed at one of Sam's airbnbs and I would highly recommend him as a host

We really loved Sam's place. Not only was he so helpful, responsive and kind, but the place was just what we needed for our family. He went above and beyond on two occasions to help make things happen in some unique circumstances.
The home was charming and spacious with two very large showers. There is laundry upstairs and downstairs which is nice for a large group. The backyard is so lovely and would be even nicer as the weather warms up. The beds were comfy and the upstairs suite had gorgeous light. The kitchen was well-appointed.
The neighborhood was nice to walk in and there was a nearby park for the little ones.
It was well-worth the price and fits a big crew! We plan to stay again as the need arises.

We live within a mile of this place and needed a place we could stay for a week while our remodel was in full swing. We really enjoyed this stay! We both work remotely and it worked very well for us to set up two separate work spaces. Bed was very comfortable and the rain head shower had amazing pressure. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. It’s also by the barking ale house which is a great dinner spot.
Find us
Plenty of parking right beside the house on the street. There’s a narrow 1920s driveway as well but the street is usually easier.
